Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for standard items, while larger furniture pieces may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the white-glove delivery schedule.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Hola BB ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
What is your return policy for home textiles and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and pillows can only be returned if the original packaging remains sealed.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
At Hola BB, we prioritize ethical manufacturing. Over 70% of our wood furniture is FSC-certified, and our textiles are sourced from partners who adhere to fair-trade practices and use Oeko-Tex certified materials.
